Dr Vijayalakshmi Samuel has more than 20 years experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) consulting. She is involved in a wide range of industries, including petrochemical and chemical, oil & gas, manufacturing and electronics; coastal reclamation, infrastructure, drainage and irrigation and land development projects. She has worked with the mining company Norsk Hydro (bauxite miner and aluminium smelter) in Sarawak; and Avocet Gold Specific Resources (gold miner and refiner) and Lynas (rare earth miner and refiner) in Pahang. Her works are covered across Asia Pacific, South Africa, USA, and Azerbaijan.
