Environmental Impact Assessment
We offer our services in conducting Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA report) that contributes to our customers’ better managing their plans and projects in accordance to environmental requirements and the effects of change.
Our emphasis is on close collaboration among our environmental specialists, the customer and the project designers during an environmental impact assessment (EIA study). In this way it is possible to adjust the design when undesirable negative environmental impacts are identified, thereby avoiding or minimising the impacts and the need for mitigation or compensation measures.

Participatory approach to EIA
In accordance with international environmental impact assessment guidelines and Malaysia regulatory requirements, we emphasise on a participatory approach in carrying out EIA. Contributions from stakeholders and studying a person in public are often mandatory and are likely to result in a smooth EIA process favourable to all parties.
